US is looking for a Server to provide outstanding guest service in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Overview

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to support the company's continuous effort to deliver outstanding guest service. The role requires knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions, accurately processing payments, and ensuring compliance with all beverage regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point‑of‑Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner.
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials.
  • Prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and make accurate change for cash payments.
  • Ensure alcoholic/non‑alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide timely, courteous service to all guests throughout the meal service.
  • Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned.
  • Accurately prepare sales and tip reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card receipts.
  • Understand company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, health and safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives.
  • Complete other front‑of‑house duties such as host, busser, food runner as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested.
Position Requirements
  • Obtain Serv Safe Certification in accordance with company F&B policy.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork.
  • Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast‑paced environment, in close proximity to other people.
Education and Experience

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment, resort or national park concession preferred.
