JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate will lead District Managers who support key select powersport dealers/retailers throughout the U.S. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for setting sales targets, evaluating and optimizing operational performance sales and product training, and supporting the sales team in our mission to provide true partnership to our dealers.
Other duties include:
- Territory optimization/growth
- Set and achieve team sales targets
- Manage/maintain operational excellence for Key Dealers
- Ensure Dealers are meeting operational standards
- In-field support and training with the sales team
- Foster and maintain relationships with Key dealers
- Deliver Sales/Product presentations in stores
- Evaluation and support of merchandising standards
- Present Helmet House expanded opportunities to new Dealers
- Manage opening of new Dealerships
The candidate must be a strong sales leader with a team player attitude, have proven communication skills, and be up to date with today’s technology and extremely self-motivated. This position requires on-the-road travel throughout the U.S.
SKILLSRetail multi-store leadership and store visual merchandising experience is required
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Well organized work habits and great detailed follow-up
- Sales training and presentation skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Project management tools
- Travel up to 75% or more of your work week in support of the regional sales team in the field and to headquarters in Calabasas Hills, CA
- Have a passion for motorcycling
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License
