Maintenance Porter

Mary's Woods is looking for a Maintenance Porter to join our Facility Services team. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be part of the team that is responsible for deliveries, general maintenance, and clean‑up of the buildings and grounds of Mary's Woods. You will be contributing to the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of the premises to create a safe and beautiful community for residents and their guests to enjoy.

You must be able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents, and families, and enjoy working on a team.

Mary's Woods is a non‑profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park‑like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. • Responsible for assisting with the set‑up and clean‑up for special functions at Mary's Woods
• Empty trash and recycle bins
• Deliver mail and packages to residents, sisters, and employees
• Ensure that all areas remain neat and free of litter
• Perform “trash‑out” duties at vacated apartments, removing all abandoned furniture, trash, boxes, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance on property efficiently to respond to the needs of Mary's Woods

• Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a High School Diploma
• Must have a current valid driver's license

• Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

This is a full‑time position that will include working weekends, evenings and holidays.
