As a Claims Specialist you will:

• Investigate claims, reviewing medical records, evaluating damages, and determining the severity of each case.
• Conduct investigations and manage an inventory of claims.
• Resolve cases by working with individuals or attorneys to settle on the value of each case.
• Receive comprehensive training, one‑on‑one mentoring, and a strong pay‑for‑performance compensation structure.

• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong academic record (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).
• Clear, concise communication with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
