*** Master the intersection of finance and tech by resolving complex Payroll (PR) and Accounts Payable (AP) software challenges.

* Orchestrate critical escalations across departments to ensure our global construction partners remain productive and satisfied.
* Uphold rigorous data privacy standards while implementing innovative AI-driven support strategies.
* Champion customer success by transforming technical hurdles into seamless software experiences.
** Essential Skills & Experience
*** Proven experience in customer support with a natural talent for solving complex technical problems.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and a comfort level working with AI-powered support tools or chatbots.
* Exceptional communication skills and an interpersonal mindset that puts the customer first.
* Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
