2026 Season
Summary of PositionSupport the Housing Manager in implementing housing rules and policies to create a positive and healthy living environment for employee housing residents. This is a non-exempt position and will have no direct reports.
Responsibilities- Work assigned shifts on a regular basis as determined by the Housing Manager; shifts could extend to 11:00 pm depending on circumstances. The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for ensuring that all housing residents understand and adhere to company expectations of appropriate behavior.
- Act as a support system to all employee residents to help resolve issues before they affect the workplace.
- Collaborate with the Housing Manager and Department Managers/GM to resolve employee housing issues such as roommate issues, quiet hours, etc.
- Assist with the entire check-in/out process in employee housing using the appropriate checklists.
- Assist with room assignments as needed in coordination with the Housing Manager.
- Notify residents and schedule bi-weekly room inspections in collaboration with the Housing Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee personal information at all times.
- Communicate and enforce employee housing policies and park regulations, and report violations of state and federal laws according to procedures to the Housing Manager.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly employee activities.
- Attend all regularly scheduled meetings (e.g., monthly dorm meetings, weekly Housing Management meetings, and room inspections).
- Collaborate with the Housing Manager and other housing staff to create a positive, safe, and healthy living environment.
- Cover the front desk in the dorms as applicable to answer employee questions, assist with time punches, promote scheduled activities, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with others and being a leader that protects company assets.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record/history with ability to complete required vehicle use paperwork.
- On call 24/7 for a minimum of 6 days a week.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Experience:
Have lived in a dorm setting within the past 5 years; worked in a leadership position, in a dorm setting, within the last 5 years. - We maintain a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
