• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active Oregon licensed chiropractor (minimum 1 year of experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and commitment to improving lives through chiropractic
• Proficient in physical exams, patient assessment, musculoskeletal conditions, acute pain management, trigger point therapy
• Ability to educate patients and develop treatment plans
• Experience with high‑volume clinic (60–100 patients per day)
• Financial responsibility or willingness to learn
• Leadership mindset: strong team player, compassionate, growth mindset, neurodiversity embrace

• Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on chiropractic benefits and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient care

• $95,000 – $120,000 per annum
• Bonuses: 90‑day performance review bonus structure based on monthly stats
