Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary (DOE) + benefits
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in the Las Vegas market. This role will focus primarily on multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living developments and requires strong experience managing complex residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ground-up multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets, cost controls, forecasts, and change orders
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with Superintendents and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers in collaboration with field leadership
- Review contracts, scopes of work, submittals, RFIs, and pay applications
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, local codes, and safety requirements
- Work closely with Superintendents to resolve field issues, mitigate risks, and maintain progress
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout documentation
- Provide accurate project reporting to leadership and ownership teams
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Proven experience with multifamily, affordable housing, and/or senior living developments
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working with Owners, Architects, and municipal agencies
- Familiarity with Las Vegas-area building codes and permitting processes preferred
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
- Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
