Become an integral part of Progressive Investment Management, a highly regarded, boutique environmental and social investment firm as their next Operations Manager!
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety in day-to-day operations, including technology management, vendor management, compliance support, project support, recordkeeping, and office administration. Technical finesse and superb interpersonal skills will be your greatest assets, as you’ll serve as first-line technical and operational support, stay familiar with core business systems, act as primary contact for vendors, and review vendor contracts and invoices.
A keen eye for detail will serve you well as you draft agendas, observe cross-departmental workflows, deliver annual equipment inventory, and update internal resources upon request.

- Translate strategy into organized, accurate execution; maintain clear documentation so systems, vendors, and internal resources stay reliable and audit-ready.
- 5+ years of relevant operations/administrative experience
- Relevant financial services industry experience, or relevant compliance focused industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Associate’s degree or some college coursework; bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary: $110K – $125K DOE
