Overview
This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside the CHRO of a legacy Oregon company. As their HR Project and Reporting Assistant, you’ll need to be a creative thinker, extremely curious, and have a project-focused mindset. This is an on-site role in Lake Oswego.
- 5+ years of experience as a high-level assistant supporting senior executives
- Prior experience in a corporate HR environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
- Experience with data visualization tools (ex: Microsoft Excel, Power Query)
- Familiarity with Board of Directors materials and corporate governance procedures preferred

Your New RoleAs the right hand of the CHRO, you’ll be responsible for supporting all HR functions, with a focus on preparing and editing high-quality complex documents, handling confidential correspondence, and compiling relevant documents to ensure the CHRO is prepared for meetings.
You’ll coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, process and track expense reports, and manage calendars and meetings to ensure optimal time management for the CHRO. The team seeks someone with exceptional organizational and analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility to occasionally work outside of business hours.
