What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for content in Share Point
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings and events, including logistics and attendee communication
  • Schedule and manage national virtual meetings using Zoom
  • Deliver administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice, ensuring smooth operations
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and progress for cyber initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong problem‑solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain a commitment to client satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentation design
  • Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
