We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Associate Accountant. A successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in leading various finance and accounting functions. This position will work closely with Dext Capital’s corporate finance and accounting team and has significant opportunity to interface regularly with executive leadership.

• Conduct regular general ledger maintenance, including reviewing and making journal entries
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare accurate, timely close of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Perform monthly reconciliations between Accounting Software and Leasing Software
• Assist with accounting projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to master various software used for financial analysis
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment
• General knowledge of Lease/Loan accounting
• Familiarity with accounting software and programs including Sage Intacct, Aspire,  (Preferred)
