Finance Director; Flour Mill

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading flour mill company. As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of Finance Director. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Lead and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely PSAK-compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, funding, and capital structure.
• Oversee treasury operations, including FX and commodity hedging.
• Ensure full tax compliance, tax planning, and audit readiness.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance across Finance, Accounting, Tax, AP/AR, and Treasury.
• Oversee procurement strategy for non-wheat materials to ensure cost efficiency and contract governance.
• Lead MIS strategy, SAP ERP optimization, data governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Act as key financial advisor to the President Director and shareholders.
• Lead and develop Finance, Procurement, and MIS teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership (Finance Director/CFO level).
• Background in flour mill company is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, treasury, and hedging.
• Experience in banking relations, funding, and capital structure management.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and strong governance mindset.
• Experience with SAP ERP and financial system implementation.
