Roles & Responsibilities

Access Central/IGA Resource

Projects/Scope of Work

• Work directly with the Client's team on daily and weekly tasks as assigned

• Backlog Management:
Work through the existing SailPoint Identity

IQ JIRA backlog to identify and address tasks.

• Code Development & Debugging:
Write, debug, and update Java code for existing and new features within

• SailPoint Identity

IQ.

• Customizations:
Modify and update existing custom rules, workflows, and connectors as needed.

• Release Management:
Tag and prepare code for release, ensuring seamless integration with the production

• environment.

• Code Reviews:
Participate in regular code reviews with in-house engineers and developers to ensure knowledge

• transfer and adherence to best practices.

•

Collaboration:

Work closely with the client's engineers and other developers tenable and optimize Sail Point

• Identity

IQ features.

• Post-Deployment Bug Fixes:
Provide support for bug fixes after deployment, ensuring smooth operations.

• Address backlog issues, code updates, debugging, and enabling features

• Modify existing workflows, connectors, and custom rules within the SailPoint environment.
