Pay Range: $21 - $22.50/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking Client Services professionals to support a Treasury Services team during a period of high work volume. This role serves as a first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to ensure a positive client experience. You’ll handle Level 1 support for operational issues, escalate urgent matters, and contribute feedback to improve client service processes.
You’ll also support onboarding, troubleshoot product access issues, and help manage day-to-day operations related to payments like wires, cheques, and ACS transactions. Familiarity with foreign exchange (FX) is a plus.
This position includes performance targets, training milestones, and ongoing certification of client service tools and policies. Strong communication skills, multitasking, and adaptability are key.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal operations
- Manage onboarding, access issues, and client troubleshooting
- Process payments (wires, ACS, cheques) and ensure data accuracy
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (MS Dynamics)
- Escalate critical issues to senior team members
- Complete required training and certifications on products and systems
- Support team goals and client service transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in client/customer service, preferably in banking or financial operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's preferred (but not required) - Familiarity with FX or wire transfers is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
