We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative II - Total Wealth Services Ops to join our Wealth Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL
.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and assist in communicating needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients
- Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner
- Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records, working closely with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and risk mitigation
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - 7 plus years of technical and management experience preferred
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
- A desire to collaborate, problem solve and seek innovative ways to improve processes.
