Martini Bay Bar and Grill in Lake Havasu City is looking for experienced kitchen staff. We are currently hiring line cooks and prep cooks for open positions. Prep cooks must have at least one year of experience in preparing fresh menu items. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Applicants must pass E-Verify and provide legal work documentation in the United States.

Candidates should possess exceptional culinary insight, knowledge of food preparation and storage techniques, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Teamwork is essential; individual hero-worship is discouraged. Ability to assist with large banquets and attention to detail are required. A Food Handler's Card or Serv Safe Certification is necessary. Completion of the CTA Course for Lake Havasu is preferred but not mandatory.

• Check inventory and refer to ingredient lists daily
• Procure ingredients not in storage
• Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables and meats
• Store food items safely and orderly
• Rotate frozen food items appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Operate kitchen appliances such as ovens and grills
• Ensure proper portioning of food
