Our IMC/Progressive Care Unit is comprised of 30 beds with a 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the health of our community and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. You will work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care, advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients, and have opportunities for growth and skill enhancement in critical care.

• Associate’s degree required
• Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
• BCLS required on hire (once ACLS is obtained BCLS no longer required)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days if hired
• PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Moderation Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
• EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter
• Minimum one (1) year Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
