The IMC/Progressive Care Unit has 30 beds with a 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. You will play a crucial role in enhancing patient health and collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to refine critical‑care skills while advocating for patients’ physical and emotional well‑being.

• Arizona state RN license or Compact License and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• BCLS required on hire (BCLS no longer required once ACLS is obtained)
• ACLS required within 60 days of hire
• PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Moderate Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
• EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter
• Minimum one (1) year of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
