Registered Nurse (RN), Wound Care – Lifepoint Health

Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager / Clinical Coordinator, the Registered Nurse (RN) primarily provides patient care and handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. The position may also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup.

• Deliver comprehensive wound care to patients in the Wound Care Center.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate intake and discharge processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Serve as a case manager for assigned patients, ensuring continuity of care.
• Cultivate and maintain a therapeutic environment for patients and families.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
• Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care experience preferred.
