Registered Nurse (RN), Wound Care – Lifepoint Health
Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager / Clinical Coordinator, the Registered Nurse (RN) primarily provides patient care and handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. The position may also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive wound care to patients in the Wound Care Center.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate intake and discharge processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Serve as a case manager for assigned patients, ensuring continuity of care.
- Cultivate and maintain a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred. - Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care experience preferred.
