Overview

MS Tele West-RN/Registered Nurse - 10k Sign On Bonus -

• Provide delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate the clinical ability to work as Primary RN on the assigned unit and coordinate the delivery of patient care on the unit.
• Complete required documentation and participate in patient/family teaching and discharge planning, effectively utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with physicians, ancillary staff and other administrative and support personnel to maintain the standards of professional nursing practice in the multidisciplinary clinical setting.
• Provide the basic leadership required of a Registered Nurse for subordinate staff on the unit.
• Maintain quality delivery of patient care by completing patient assignments in compliance with the Nursing Process, the Arizona Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission (TJC) and State regulations and established Hospital Policies and Procedures.
• Strive daily to provide excellent care to all customers and promote the hospital s Standards of Behavior and other duties as assigned.

• Associate s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid AZ RN or compact RN license.
• BLS within 60 days of hire.
