You ll Contribute
A Pharmacy Technician who excels in this role:
- Provide distributive pharmacy services and support for the registered pharmacist, including medication preparation, dispensing support, inventory control, and related clerical tasks.
- Refill and maintain automated dispensing system.
- Fill medication carts daily,
- Prepare orders and maintains pharmacy inventory.
- Repackages bulk medications as needed.
- Compounds sterile and hazardous products per established procedures.
- Maintain drug inventory, including purchases, returns, restocking, stock rotation, backorders, recalls, shortages, and loan/borrow processes.
- Participate in performance improvement and required education.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Medication reconciliation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:
- Registered with the state pharmacy board.
- PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician.
