• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children and families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support holistic care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with families.
• Participate in staff development, team meetings, and continuing education.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona as a PT, OT, or ST.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome — mentorship provided!
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Competitive Pay, hourly ranges based on experience:

• PT: $38.00 – $55.00 p/hr
• OT: $33.65 – $45.67 p/hr
• ST: $33.65 – $45.67 p/hr
