This is a full-time, flexible, on-site position for a Director of Rehabilitation located in Arizona. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee and coordinate rehabilitation services, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and other related disciplines. Key responsibilities include managing therapy staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines, and developing patient-centered care plans. The role will also involve continuous evaluation and improvement of rehabilitation programs to achieve optimal patient recovery outcomes.

• Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy
• Comprehensive knowledge of Rehabilitation and Medicine
• Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess program needs and implement improvements
• Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and compliance
• A valid state license in one or more therapy disciplines (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy)
• Master s degree in a relevant field, with a Doctorate being a plus
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is highly desirable
