This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $38.00-$55.00, based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality pediatric physical therapy services in a supportive clinical environment with a consistent weekday schedule.

• Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Evaluate motor development, strength, mobility, balance, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric care team.

• Doctorate or Master’s degree Physical Therapy.
• Pediatrics experience required.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a family-centered approach to care.
