Shift DetailsFull Time, Days 7am - 7:30pm
How You’ll ContributeYou will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serving as a patient‑care innovator. Under the supervision of a healthcare provider, you will perform a variety of basic patient care activities, including:
- Monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output
- Assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and eating
- Reporting abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff
- Assisting with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly
- Performing clerical duties aligned with nursing station activities
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus flexible‑spending and health‑savings accounts

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must be obtained within 30 days from hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- AZ CNA license on hire or LNA license on hire.
- EKG interpretation competency within 90 days.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
