• The Cardiac Cath Lab Director provides overall direction to the Cardiac Cath Lab and must have the strategic ability to work at all levels of the organization.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively and effectively with staff and other administrative and support personnel to maintain professional standards.
• Recognize talent that will add value to the facility and have the ability to teach and counsel others.
• Prepare schedules, assign jobs, prepare and approve time records for department personnel.
• Manage the department in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements (including The Joint Commission).
• Complete special tasks as assigned by the CEO, CFO, and Board of Trustees; provide support as needed from the Cardiopulmonary Director.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with cardiac cath lab experience.
• Valid Arizona or Compact state RN license. CPR.
