Position – Culinary Aide

Location: Geneva Lake Manor – Lake Geneva, WI (on-site position)

Status: Part-Time

Schedule: Days and Evenings

Portions and serves food attractively and assists in food preparation for residents. Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, dishes, and utensils. Adheres to food safety guidelines, follows diet restrictions and recipes. Gives effective communication and interaction with residents, visitors and other team members.

• Set up dining rooms and trays for meal service.
• Serve portioned food according to diet restrictions.
• Deliver trays, carts, floor stock and nourishment.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans and complete general cleaning.
• Assist in trays and food preparation.
• Operate and sanitize equipment.
• Other duties: completes all other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Team member
• General abilities in basic math skills
• Effective communication skills
• Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Food service experience

• Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
• 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor
• Electronic onboarding and paid orientation
• Community tour, badge, and ongoing paid training
