RN - MedSurg

Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend & holiday, 12-hour shifts.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidates will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, administer medications and treatments, and develop patient plans of care according to individual needs.

• Utilize the nursing process in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care.
• Document patient care according to standards.
• Develop and execute a patient plan of care as prescribed by the physician.
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments as needed.
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.

• Current Wisconsin RN License.
• CPR/BLS certification.
