* Job Description:
** - Join a dynamic medical unit for the Day Shift (6:30A-7P) - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care - Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care - Administer prescribed medications and treatments following best practices and state regulations - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation according to standards of care - Develop patient care plans tailored to individual needs in partnership with physicians - Engage in performance improvement activities to enhance departmental efficiency - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient’s long-term care plan - Practice critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance the patient experience - Be prepared to float to other units as a Travel RN when needed - Commitment to work every other weekend and holiday schedules

* Qualifications:
** - Must hold a current Wisconsin RN License and CPR/BLS certification - Flu vaccination is mandatory for this position - Minimum of less than 1 year of nursing experience - ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications are required
