As the PM Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations.

What you will be doing:

* Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed

* Supervise all PM Snow Makers

* Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down

* Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation

* Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas

* Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

* Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

* High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

* Must be 18 years old or older

* Prior supervisor experience required

* Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting

* Great customer service and communication skills required

* Safety minded;
Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required

* Ability to lift 50 lbs

* Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions

* Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift
