As a Banquet Set-up Supervisor for the Banquets Department at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will supervise and assist in ensuring the appropriate set-up of banquet rooms according to guest specifications and Marcus’ standards of quality.

- Develop and implement sustainable training and development programs in order to ensure efficient, competent, and professional service delivery
- Assist and supervise banquet set-up staff and ensure all tasks are completed
- Inspect storage facilities
- Develop working relationships with vendors and suppliers who provide services to groups and associations
- Complete visual inspection and maintenance of banquet and meeting space and check the condition of equipment
- Install phone lines in meeting rooms
- Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in English in order to provide service as requested by managers, staff, and guests
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service driven
