Engineering Tool & Die Designer – Freeport, PA

Job Function

Design and detail as needed stamping dies, fixtures, gages and prototype tooling. Work closely with tool room to debug tools and keep cad files up to date.

• Layout, design and detail tooling using Solidworks & 3d Quick Press
• Must be proficient in use of Solidworks, 3d Quick Press and Autocad
• Review designs for accuracy and functionality

• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker with five years minimum experience
• Must be proficient in CAD
• Extensive computer knowledge
• Ability to lead a team

• Solidworks, 3d Quick Press, AutoCAD
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office software
• Geometric Tolerance ability
• Team building

• Work is in an office and manufacturing setting with noise and some grinding dust.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must wear safety glasses while in manufacturing area.
