Overview

Seeking a QA Technician to support bioanalytical quality testing in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role focuses on quality system execution, CAPA support, and hands-on analytical testing while ensuring GMP/GLP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing per procedures and review data for specification compliance
• Implement and maintain the Quality System
• Support CAPA investigations (OOT/OOS, complaints, trending)
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records
• Support product and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure GMP/GLP compliance and efficient lab operations
• Maintain lab computer systems, samples, and files
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Participate in training and lab safety activities
• Bioanalytical techniques including: HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Mass Spectrometry (MS), and microtiter plate methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline
• 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Healthcare industry and quality function experience
• Knowledge of diagnostic product manufacturing/testing
• Experience with troubleshooting, audits, validations, and quality systems
