IT Help Desk​/Network Admin

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a Network Admin/Help Desk Analystto join their team. You will be part of the IT Department supporting the network security and systems administration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Location: North Chicago

Pay Range:

• Maintain and support network security systems and procedures to safeguard internal applications and data
• Administer system access and manage user permissions across various platforms and applications
• Troubleshoot security issues and provide end-user support via the Remedy Help Desk system
• Manage and monitor network printers, including setup, modification, and location updates
• Collaborate with IT teams and other business units to ensure seamless operations and security compliance

• Experience with Power Shell scripting and MS Access
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM
• Knowledge of user and database administration
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite near North Chicago, with a rotating schedule every 6-7 weeks
