Senior Electronic Data Interchange Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT back office functional groups to understand and clarify business needs.
• Contribute to long term system planning to ensure technology solutions align with evolving business strategies.
• Maintain awareness of customer issues and proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Create, configure, implement, and support EDI systems and processes for X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Collaborate with EDI vendors/providers to set up new EDI accounts and support onboarding.
• Lead cross functional teams in implementing EDI changes and generating inventory related reports to support end to end ordering workflows.
• Utilize Symphony/SAP or other supply chain ERP systems to review and interpret EDI orders (e.g., 850, 856).
• Apply working knowledge of supply chain applications such as SAP, Biz Link, Trace Link, SGTIN, TIBCO, and warehouse management systems.
• Support system changes required for order fulfillment and supply chain operations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and manage back office escalations.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing support of web and mobile applications.
• Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.

• Deep experience in EDI interface design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP functionality.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and cross system integrations.

Note:

Candidates without hands on EDI implementation experience will struggle to succeed in this role.
