Job Title: EDI Analyst / Supply Chain Systems Analyst (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to align technology solutions with business strategies within a global supply chain environment. This role will partner closely with IT back-office teams and functional stakeholders to implement, support, and enhance EDI integrations and ERP systems supporting end-to-end ordering and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with cross-functional IT and supply chain teams.
• Design, implement, and support EDI solutions using X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Configure and integrate EDI messages (e.g., 850, 856) across enterprise platforms such as SAP and other back-office systems.
• Collaborate with EDI vendors/providers for onboarding, account setup, and interface changes.
• Support warehouse and supply chain ERP systems to ensure seamless order processing and shipping workflows.
• Troubleshoot EDI and application-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage escalations.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of web and mobile applications.
• Contribute to long-term system planning and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating EDI messages with enterprise systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12 and EDIFACT).
• Experience working with supply chain, warehouse, or ERP systems supporting order fulfillment.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot key EDI transactions (850, 856, etc.).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience with EDI interface design and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP functionality and supply chain processes.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
