Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Abbott Core Diagnostics with a focus on tariff impact analysis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Tariffs and Network Strategies to enhance and standardize tariff-related data, develop daily and monthly reporting, and drive actionable insights. You will play a key role in error identification, process standardization, and automation initiatives that improve data accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain analytical models to assess tariff impact across the division.
• Build and automate daily and monthly reports to provide timely insights to stakeholders.
• Standardize tariff data and ensure consistency across systems and processes.
• Identify and resolve data errors; implement quality checks and validation processes.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business needs.

• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), including macros.
• Power BI:
  Dashboard and report development using local files, SharePoint, and database sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  2–3 years in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
• Innovative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
