Excellent Full-Time Opportunity! $23.00-$25.00/hr Onsite:
Lake Forest, IL Hybrid with Tuesday/Thursday on site
Support finance and sales teams by managing rebate accruals, customer records, and rebate calculations while maintaining accurate documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly rebate accrual files in Excel for internal review and Finance approval
- Update and maintain customer address records, including annual check reviews
- Validate and track rebate checks, including matching and mailing support
- Perform simple manual rebate calculations for straightforward programs
Those load - Assist with trending and analytical rebate calculations for Sales requests
- Create and maintain clear process documentation for consistency and training
