Role:
Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis supporting the Digital Health Solutions business unit within the Core Diagnostics division.

- Prepare financial annual budgets and forecast updates for the HQ Digital Health Solutions organization
- Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget & forecast updates for the global Digital Health Solutions business unit
- Manage month‑end close process and reporting of monthly financial results
- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis
- Provide strategic financial support for key initiatives, projects, and acquisition targets
- Perform ROI and payback analysis on new products and capital expenditures
- Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to enhance sales pipeline visibility
- Assist with financial presentations and KPIs for senior leadership
- Provide financial guidance to budget managers and capital project teams
- Create sustainable FP&A processes for ongoing improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 7+ years of combined accounting or FP&A experience
- Commercial finance experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Knowledge of financial planning and accounting concepts, procedures and practices
- Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies to solve routine problems independently
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact with senior management
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Experience with SAP, TM1 and Essbase
- Proven problem–analysis and solution skills
- Financial modeling experience
- Strong organizational skills, self‑starter, with the ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment
- Prior supervisory experience strongly desired
