Practice setting
:
Hospital-based role within Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital expansion context. The integrated practice model includes both office- and hospital-based OB/GYN physician services with 24-hour in-house coverage for obstetrics and inpatient/emergent gynecology patients. This model promotes patient safety, work-life balance, and physician satisfaction.

The position is a hospital-based role. Office-based services cover wellness, prenatal obstetrics, complex conditions, and elective surgical needs. The model supports 24-hour in-house physician coverage for obstetrics and inpatient/emergent gynecology.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to community-focused clinical excellence and patient experience. This is a full-time clinical FTE with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.

Northwestern Medicine is nearing completion of a campus development project at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital to better serve patients and the community. The expansion supports increased patient care services and expanded access to care.

• Increase the total number of hospital beds to 210, including 168 inpatient beds, 24 ICU beds and 18 postpartum beds
• Relocate and expand the Emergency Department with more diagnostic imaging equipment capabilities
• Improve access to care
• Continue to grow specialty care services
