Restoration Lead Technician

As a restoration lead technician, you will be a key team member responsible for the professional restoration of our customers’ properties that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, or mold. You will help people repair their properties and their lives.

This position is right for you if you are self‑motivated, thrive in fast‑moving environments, and can manage time to meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can effectively manage a variety of day‑to‑day situations.

• Effectively perform all services the company offers (e.g., water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, emergency water extraction, board‑up, and pack‑out) according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International’s process
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Complete technician’s daily logs
• Complete Work Orders and appropriate restoration documentation
• Inspect completed work
• Supervise technicians in performance of company services
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related positions
• Provide training for technicians on company procedures, reporting, and performing services
• Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with the project team and management

• At least 3 years of property damage restoration experience is preferred
• 2 years of experience with Dash and MICA
  , working knowledge of Xactimate/Xact Analysis and Symbility is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• IICRC certification
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
