Security Officer Building Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and client representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, corridors, entrances, and the exterior perimeter;
Monitor for and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations, and deter theft and other unwanted activity through high-visibility presence;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site management and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed;
Complete required logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to the Allied Universal team and site contacts during shift transitions
