Loop Neighborhood Market is based in Union City, California, with stores and stations across the state. Founded in 1978, the company develops real estate, owns and operates gas stations with convenience stores and car washes, and runs a wholesale division that delivers fuel to dealer locations.

We are seeking hardworking, dedicated, customer-focused individuals of all experience levels. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available for three shifts (first, second, or third). Team Members help ensure the smooth operation of the station during their shift, contributing to profitability and growth while providing best‑in‑class customer service.

• Manage the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring accurate balancing and efficient customer assistance.
• Stock products on shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer‑friendly environment in the store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales.
• Escalate high‑priority issues to the immediate manager.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Effective verbal and written communication with management.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills, including accurate calculation of change.
• Valid  for sale of tobacco and/or alcohol as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per company policies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, station areas).

• After 6 months to 3 years: 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel.
• After 3 to 5 years: 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel.
• After 5+ years: 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel.
• Maximum 20 gallons and 2 fill‑ups per week.

• Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift.
• Must be 21+ years old to work 3rd shift.
