Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T0913) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour.

Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is requested.
- Inform guests about current promotions, store activities, and events.
- Know the tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
- Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit to Target.
- Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Explain features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet; understand Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
- Assist with returns following established policies and procedures, escalating to Leaders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and manage stock as needed during store hours.
- Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders, and related returns while complying with applicable laws and policies.
- Adhere to safety, ethical conduct, and compliance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
- You enjoy interacting with guests and helping others, including team members.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, active environment requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
- You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

- Ability to educate guests about products and services and engage around them.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and with a team.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance.
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
- Ability to remain mobile during a scheduled shift.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments; exposure to conditions related to Drive-Up and carryout duties.
