• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls:
  Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross‑Channel Returns, Reserve online pick‑up in store.
• Execute all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute Weekly Planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeover.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage shoppers with basic selling skills.
• Maintain a neat and clean store and provide an inviting environment for customers.
• Perform front‑end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and online reservations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
• Experience managing or coaching a team.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle many priorities with limited supervision.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull materials up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
• Composure in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Conflict management in a cooperative manner.
• Integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Preferred: key holder experience in a retail environment.
