Store Manager, Beauty Sales & Marketing

Store Manager Cosmoprof Beauty 9307 at Cosmo Prof Beauty. Cosmo Prof Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering an EPIC experience based on our four pillars of Education, Product, Inspiration and Community.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

The position includes typical working conditions such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items. The role may involve exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving parts.
