- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal partners
- Maximize financial performance and manage the branch profit & loss portfolio
- Ensure strategic alignment through clear, consistent communication
- Travel regularly to customer locations; coach and mentor sales team members
- Promote safe work practices and uphold all company policies and values
- Champion value selling and teach these concepts to your team and customers
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement
- Reinforce Quinn’s strategic plan, culture, and values locally
- Identify and mentor high‑potential employees
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a professional branch image
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance
- Proven leadership skills in motivating, developing, and retaining teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong planning, organizational, and sales skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Solid understanding of the product support business
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or 5 years of related industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Management or supervisory experience required
