Quality Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quality Engineer to support software testing activities under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in software quality assurance within an Agile environment.

• Execute and modify existing software test plans and test cases under supervision.
• Assist in developing manual and automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Document test results and report defects using tracking tools.
• Analyze test outcomes and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Support test environment setup across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Maintain clear documentation of testing processes and results.
• Assist with automation test execution when required.
• Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software testing (internships/projects acceptable).
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Exposure to Windows and Linux environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages (e.g., C++, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Exposure to automated testing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
