Phlebotomist II Float - Foothill Ranch, CA
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekends. This float role offers variety in work: shifting frequently to new patient centers and meeting new people every day. You will deliver high‑quality phlebotomy services across multiple sites.
Pay Range$23.70 - $28.29 / hour. Salary offers consider skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Candidates may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

- Assigned a territory to cover phlebotomy duties within a Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or other locations as needed
- Draw and prepare quality blood samples for lab testing
- Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams, etc.)
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required
- Coach, mentor, and advise new employees; serve as point of contact for on‑site staff and provide input to the group lead or supervisor
- Travel to additional doctor’s office or Patient Service Center sites when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic)
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington
- Three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
- Keyboard/data entry experience
The position requires effective communication in English.
